Course lengths and travel billing
Total billed days = Course days + 0.5 travel day. Flights, accommodation, and on-site transport are billed at cost plus 5%.

How it works
- You pick dates and course type. We confirm availability and conditions for your site.
- We share a readiness checklist: permits, launch access, emergency plan, gear list, and participant prerequisites.
- We provide marketing assets and handle student registration and certification records.
- We deliver the course at your location under your brand, aligning it with the Paddle Canada manual and ratios.
Operator responsibilities
- Secure local permits and permissions
- Provide participant gear that meets Transport Canada standards
- Provide safe venue access and an emergency action plan
- Confirm minimum participant numbers and local logistics
Compliance and standards
All courses follow the Paddle Canada manual for the selected level. Ratios, environment limits, and assessment standards are respected. Participants receive Paddle Canada certification upon successful completion.
Pricing and invoicing
- Package fee is per billed day as shown above.
- Travel is billed as one day per course, with a maximum of two travel days or eight hours of travel each day. Flights and accommodation are charged at cost plus 5%.
