Lake Opeongo, Algonquin Park - Instructional Tour

Do you want to try backcountry sea kayak camping in a relaxed and stress-free environment? Finally, you have an option! Lake Opeongo is big enough to sea kayak and small enough to be manageable — accessible campsites, backcountry wilderness, and smaller water than the Great Lakes.

You might even see a moose!
Designed for Level 1 sea kayakers who want a real backcountry experience. Four immersive days, not a summer of scheduled commitments. Add clinics later if you want to build on it — or just enjoy the trip. Your summer, your pace.
