Kayak Ontario Trip Map

This map brings together ten years of documented kayak routes across Ontario. Every location has been paddled, photographed, and logged so that new and experienced paddlers can explore the province with clarity and confidence. The Trip Map is a simple planning tool for understanding regions, conditions, and paddling styles across the province.
The list of trips below mirrors every pin on the map and is updated as new routes are surveyed. Please check current forecasts, land management notices, and water conditions before planning a trip.

Map Colour Guide
These colours group trips by general paddling style. They are not difficulty ratings.
- 🟦 Trips with reports
Flat or low-fetch water. Ideal for relaxed exploration and practice days. - 🟩 Points of Interest (POI)
Short features, scenic markers, or natural highlights along a route. - 🟥 Trips with pending reports
May include cliffs, caves, surf beaches, crossings, or more exposed shoreline. - 🟨 Marinas
Launch points, takeouts, or service areas within managed harbour zones. - 🟪 Outfitters
Local businesses offering rentals, access, or other paddling-related services.
