Georgian Bay - Big Water Gathering

BASE CAMPING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Canada’s most accessible rough water symposium — the best ratio in the country, led by the next generation of sea kayaking leaders.
Would you like to boost your confidence in coastal touring environments? Building on the skills you acquired in Levels 1 and 2, we will help you apply them to scenarios in open water and small surf zones. This base camp adventure will be held on the Saugeen Peninsula in various locations, where you can enhance your skills in a supportive, inclusive, and friendly training environment.
This symposium is limited to 16 participants to promote enhanced engagement and participation. **

The Youngest Symposium Coaching Team in Canada
A new wave of coaches leads Big Water Gathering — all full-time guides and professional instructors with extensive experience. They bring modern pedagogy, fresh approaches to teaching, and a level of energy and charisma that transforms the entire atmosphere of a symposium.
You won’t match their energy — nobody can — but you’ll feel it on the water. They’ll challenge you, support you, and make the whole experience as fun as it is demanding.
